“Lenox Limited Edition Everyday Set”, Acrylic and Gold Metallic Paint on Paper and Tissue Paper over Paper Towel Roll, Toilet Paper Roll and Kleenex Box, 2020.
This was a Covid-19 inspired Gag Gift made for my husband to commemorate our 20th Anniversary. The traditional gift for the 20th year is fine china.
The Dogs
I’ve done a few dog portraits. Some have been gifts, some commissions, some have been both. Each one is a unique experience for me and a beloved keepsake for the dog’s owner.

Additional Works

“15 Flowers”, Acrylic and Gold Metallic Paint on Canvas, 36″ x 24″, 2019
A vacation rental that I was working on needed artwork, as well as, furnishings. This is my version of “hotel art”.

“Peter’s Way”, Watercolor and Chalk Pastel on Paper, 30″ x 22″, 2018
My pilot friend, Peter, was flying through 2 storms – one above, one below. I found his visual to be truly inspiring and very symbolic of life at times.

“Miller’s View”, Watercolor and Chalk Pastel on Paper, 22″ x 15″, 2017
You might say that I have a fascination with aerial views and their ethereal beauty.

“Accent Wall – detail”, Interior wall paint (flat) and Gold metallic paint on primed wall,
15’8″ x 8′, 2017

A full view of the Accent Wall in the furnished room

“Underconstruction drape”, Acrylic on Canvas Drop Cloth, 4′ x 8.5′, 2014
The impetus for this piece came out of my need to blockout an odd and ugly exit that was next to my bed. First there was a door, then a window. I didn’t like either of them.
Ultimately my solution was the cover the wall space completely!

“Golden Light”, Watercolor and Chalk Pastel on Arches Paper, 22″ x 30″, 2013
Inspired by the amazing golden light of the pre-dusk afternoons on the Mendocino Coast
and infused with an appreciation of Rothko’s simplicity.

“Time 2 Ride”, Assemblage of Found Objects & Handmade Lettering on Paper, 54″ x 26″, 2010
This piece was basically a Valentine’s Day card to my husband, Charlie. He found the fence board, bike parts and old clock, and he loved mountain biking. I just put all the pieces together, gave it a theme and gave it back to him. Fun project!

Mission
I make art. The process keeps me grounded and inspires me to explore various techniques. My motivation during the creative process is not the hope of selling my work but more to expand my perception and skillset.
